National Red Hat Day Proclaimed by the Mayor of Chelan

April 24th is official Red Hat Day. The Delicious Red Hatters of Chelan met in the Chamber parking lot and Mayor Jay made a proclamation declaring it an official day in Chelan. With cheers and our kazoos, we played and sang "For He's a Jolly Good Fellow" and off we went to parade around town with our red and purple glowing. On to Figures (an excerise gym) we went. There we tried out their excerise equipment, with a few hoots and laughs. After a workout at Figures we went to J.R.'s Bar and Grill for dinner. Red Hatters like to Hoot and Hollar!
