Red and Purple and more Red and Purple. Some of the Delicious Red Hatters got together to decorate a float for the Manson Apple Blossom Parade. Debbie, Jeanne, Judy, Cindy, Rosemary Maxine, Larita, Linda, Cookie, Sandy decorated with fringe, purple netting, red and purple table cloths. Miss Ruby dolls and red and purple hats were added to the poles. We attended the 85th Manson Apple Blossom Festival on May 14th, 2005. We had 16 Red Hatters dressed in Red and Purple, plus one Red Hatter on her motorcycle. Four Red Hatters from the Cascade Contessas of Leavenworth joined us for the parade. This is our first year for a float and we won the OUTSTANDING CIVIC FLOAT. Our group was declared the most colorful and fun loving group many times through the parade route.
