The official Red Hat kazoo band performed before the fireworks on Friday, November 25th, as part of the Riverwalk Stroll in the Park Christmas lighting ceremony.
Red noses and kazoos brought smiles to many faces. Blinking lights, galore, adorned the Red Hatters.
