Here are pictures of the Delicious Red Hatters in the Wayne Kelly Top Dog Parade. Decked out in red and purple with a dash of green, the Red Hatters were a big hit. Tossing green beads always make us a favorite. Green hair and dogs are plentiful. The parade was followed by a little green beer of course.
