Friday
- Registration
- Dinner with Hoe Down theme.
It is Hoe Down time so dress in your finest Hoe Down attire.
- Group pictures taken
- Talent show - We call it
unrehearsed because we will not have rehearsals before your performance.
Remember it's called Hoe Down. We had some really cute performances the
last two years. You have lots of time to come up with something for
our event.
Saturday
- Sidewalk parade
- Merchant welcoming walkabout.
Sign up in participating shops for their door prize from their shop.
- Happy hour – Time to put on all
the glitz for a wonderful time to meet and greet everyone.
- Group pictures taken
- Dinner with no host bar
- Return engagement by Jim Basnight band. We have asked Jim to come back for a
return engagement. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time with his
band, so you can look forward to dancing and doing all the things that we
Red Hatters love to do when there is great music around.
Sunday
- Lady of the
- J.R.'s wonderful music for Red Hatters
to listen and dance to.
I
am also working with Lakeside Limousine to see about wine tours. This
would be independent of our event and you will have to make arrangements with
them once they have set the price times etc. I will send the information
once they have gotten back to me about it. If you are planning on coming
a day early or staying a day late you should book rooms now, you can always
cancel them later.
