Lots and Lots of Chocolate

It was an afternoon at the Whaley Mansion. We started out with the chocolate fountain with Belgium chocolate and strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apples, and cake to dip. Next course was a homemade chocolate box filled with chocolate custard mousse with roasted apricot carmel. (yum). The next course was chocolate heart decadence with red raspberry puree. More chocolate with Carol's hand dipped Belgium chocolate truffles and French apricots dipped in chocolate andred flame grapes covered in white chocolate. They saved the best to last, a hand molded chocolate truffle heart, (yum yum). Wonderful time!!
